My name is Mads Granum, I am a Danish pianist, composer, and producer from Copenhagen. With 25 years of experience as a professional pianist, I have released five jazz albums under my own name and composed over 30 hymn melodies, many of which have been featured in published songbooks. As freelance musician I have played with a wide variety of the most well known Danish singers and musicians.

In 2022, I had the honor of winning a song competition for Act Alliance alongside Lisbeth Smedegaard Andersen. Our winning song, ‘You ask me what hope is’ in English, has quickly gained popularity and recognition.

My latest project revolves around a series of singles focused on the theme of hope. Collaborating with talented lyricists and musicians from around the world, my first single, ‘From the Heart,’ is a captivating jazz/pop song featuring Danish jazz singer Emilie Schiøtt.
